Research interests

Continuation of the work of Georg Meyer: analysis of local interaction of boundary layers with a transonic outer flow in narrow channels.

Current focus on:

three-dimensional formulation and treatment of the triple deck problem
analytical study of the linearized governing equations, asymptotic behaviour and eigensolutions
study of the nonlinear problem currently using a pseudospectral method
bifurcation and stability of the solutions
